LIKRO PRECISION LTD PURCHASE ORDER CLAUSES

Purchase order clauses listed below shall be applicable as required:

1) Any non conformance must be notified in writing prior to shipment of ordered product. Nonconforming products shall be shipped only when approved by Likro Precision Limited.

2) Product identification and traceability must be maintained at all times.

3) Right of access by Likro Precision Limited, customer and/or regulatory authority to all facilities and records involved in the order shall be afforded.

4) Supplier must obtain approval to any change to product, process or quality management system prior to processing the order.

5) Supplier must flow down the applicable requirements in their purchasing documents to sub-tier supplier, this include product, process, quality system and any other control of special processes or critical characteristics.

6) Supplier must notify Likro Precision Limited for an on site inspection and/or audit prior to shipping products listed on this order.

7) Certificate of conformance is required on this order.

8) Inspection and test report is required on this order.

9) Current qualification of personnel and equipment must be maintained to approved status and must be submitted with the certificate of conformance.

10) Supplier and their sub-tier supplier shall use only Likro Precision Limited approved source for products and services listed on this order.

11) Supplier and their sub-tier supplier shall notify Likro Precision Limited of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain organization approval and flow-down to the supply chain the applicable requirements, including customer requirements.

12) Supplier and their sub-tier supplier document retention shall be maintained for a minimum of 11 years unless otherwise stated per flow-down of end-customer requirements.

13) Supplier must implement and maintain a Quality Management System.

14) Supplier must ensure that persons handling Likro products are aware of the importance of their contribution to product/service conformity, product safety, and the importance of conducting business ethically.

15) Supplier is responsible for ensuring that items/services provided, or materials used are authentic to the agreed upon requirements, and not a counterfeit substitute.
